Summary of Question:	I Am 23 Year Old Student Who Has Exams In Jaunary But I Can Not Focues Or Contra

I am 23 year old student who has exams in jaunary but i can not focues or contrate on the study i do read my prays it does not seem to help me in any way, I been readin nitem naam and sukmani sahib for the last 4 years. could you please help me to settele my mind on the study? and sugget any prays before I sit to study.

Sounds like you have no problem concentrating on your Path.
You probably could benefit by developing your naval energy to power you through to complete your intention of study.

First, get out and run a mile....or jump rope for 20 minutes(nonstop).
Then, do 25-30 pushups
then sit down and stretch your legs and back
then hold your breath for one minute....do this 7 times
Then, ask yourself: :do I want to pass this exam?
Then answer yourself :I want to pass and I want to study hard.....and just do it. Absorb yourself and keep challenging yourself to 'keep up' until you know the material real well.
