Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh
I am a third year university student taking a biochemistry major. I have to sit and study for long hours which causes back problems and circulation problems. I try to walk regularily, but still have pains in my back and behind my knees. Are there any yoga or exercise books/websites available where I can learn some fast and simple techniques to help improve circulation?
