SSA I am Gursikh and a doctor who has cleared USMLE to be eligible to join residency in USA. Though my scores are average and its been 2 years now that i have been trying to get a residency, but of no success till now. Can any of the gursikh doctors in USA come for my help to find me a place in one the residency programs.

It is hard to get residency.
Have you tried some smaller towns and big cities in USA?
Perhaps you can phone to some of your first choice hospitals and speak to some one about your application with suggestions for how to get in.
