you know how guru gobind singh ji said that all girls and boys r bro's and sis's
but i cant see that happening when i see a hot girl i dont think as her of being my sis u know what i mean. sometimes when i see hot girls i do stupid things like run into walls and chairs and stuff but im to shy to talk to them im afraiid of rejection. but still i want to control myyself when seeing a hott girl like think of her as a sis and not a toy, how would this be possible?? is it possible for a 14 year to do that?? or will i keep thinking this and later on think as girls as my sis?

(REPLY) It's not easy being 14 because that's when your glands are really over active. I would suggest that you try to get a lot of strenuous physical exercise, and if possible do some Kundalini yoga, that will help to raise your energy from your lower energy centers to the higher ones. Anyway, be of good cheer, as you get older,and if you really pray for help through this time, your hormones will quiet down, and you will be able to feel "brotherly" toward girls until you marry! Meanwhile, you maybe better keep your eyes focused on your school books, on your shoes, or wherever it's necessary instead of looking at the girls! Good luck!
