Dear friends,

My question to you all is this: I hitting children alright if they learn from it? I think it is the best way to teach children right from wrong. it is better than to just put them in a corner! Besides if they learn from it then it is good. They are my children and i should have the right to choose however way that I want to teach them. I would never seriously harm any of my children, just a slap on a wrist or on there back. Does anyone disagree with my point of view?

Greetings to you in the Name of God and Guru. The best way to train a child is to train them with loving direction. Discipline is very important...and so is explaining to them the consequences of their actions.

Treat them with respect and explain what you expect from them. Answer their questions. Our children are not ours.....they are given to us as a trust from God. We must deliver them to their spiritual destiny. We must teach them the joy and power of living a life of truth.

Sometime it may be necessary to stike a child to keep them from greater harm. But most of the time, there are better ways to train them.

Keep trying to understand the grace and the light of the soul of your child and relate to this God within them from the very beginning of their life. This way you will have their love and repect and obedience.

God bless you to understand and see the God within you and see the God within your children.
