Blessings dear one,
Congratulations on your step to be vegetarian.

The diet of the Guruka Langar is all vegie and you can start there. If you do some homework you will find books written on how to be vegetarian. Or even discuss this with other vegetarians and find your netowkr group so you have some support around you. I do make sure I get plenty of fresh green vegetables and also B12 vitamin.

Yes, there are many people who take Amrit and believe that flesh eating is acceptable. Wahe Guru has given us this controversy.

Blessings to you,
skkk
