Hi! My name is Cristina and I have a question about relationships with the same last name. This is my case, I met a guy with the same last name that I have but we are not related to each other in any way. The only problem is our last name. I would like to know if in the future we can get marry would that be a problem in having our baby? Can we actually get married if we have the same last name?

There is absolutely no legal or moral reason why people with the same last name can't get married. Some people here in the US take on both names at marriage, like Mary Smith-Robins. My husband and I both had the name Khalsa when we married. It makes some things a lot easier, actually. Don't worry. Its perfectly fine. GTKK
