Reading your banis with focus (not just as a meaningless habit) balances the brain, which will help you in your exams. Taking long deep breaths, inhale, mentally think "SAT" and exhale mentally think "NAM" will also help you stay focused. Imagine Guru Ram Das and all the Gurus around you to support you. Go on walks swinging your arms - arms and legs swing at opposite times - like the right arm and the left leg swing forward together, then the left arm and the right leg. This will also balance the brain. As you walk, mentally chant to a rhythm of Sa, Ta, Na Ma. This will balance the brain and increase circulation.
