hi, i am 15 years old and i am frm vancouver city.... i am in search of a guru? and my question is how and where can i find a guru, who can lead me to god? i know god is within us but to see and talk to him, i have to let go of my ego and pride...that is possible? i asked a person, about meditation adn he said , "u cant start before the age of 18?" and i am very confused? wat shud i do? to attain and see my true self...

plus...i also have a question regarding hair?....in know its not right to cut hair, but guru gobind singh jii, made a force that was differrent from all other ppl to fight....now, i have long hair, but i want to cut it...we all noe it matters on the person's heart and not its appearance....
this has got noting to do with this...right?

Age has nothing to do with anything. As long as you paath and truly believe in Waheguru, you will begin to see changes in your life. You will realize your true self become closer to Waheguru.

It is true that it matters in your heart that you truly love Waheguru. However, Guru Gobind Singh Ji also said to keep your hair. That is the final word. You can not be a real Sikh if you cut your hair.
