I was just wondering if women could wear the kara too and not just the men..? If so, where can you get them? can you have more than one?

Yes, of course, women can wear them. It is best for women to wear them on the left wrist, because she is the moon energy, which is the left side of the body. Men wear them on the right wrist, being the sun energy, the right side of the body. You can probably get one from any Sikh Gurdwara. Just ask.
